Meditation Course

Learn to meditate with a free introductory course to mindfulness meditation Thursday evenings at 6 p.m., beginning October 5 at the Rochester Library. The book, “Turning the Mind Into an Ally” by Sakyong Mipham will be studied during the classes. The style that will be taught is Buddhist in origin.
