Two Are Arrested After Incidents

The Berlin police department and state police have reported these recent arrests of local men:

Berlin police arrested Richard Davis, 37 of Braintree, at the Hilltop Inn in Berlin, on Saturday, Aug. 26, at 11:07 p.m.

Davis had allegedly assaulted a family member in the presence of children. Police arrested Davis, and took him to Chittenden County Correctional Center, where he was held on $2,000 bail. Police cited Davis to court on a charge of second-degree aggravated domestic assault.

Disorderly Conduct

State troopers responded to a Royalton home for a report of a disorderly male, on September 2 shortly after midnight. Troopers identified the man as Kyle Mullen, 26, of Royalton.

Police said they determined that Mullen was under the influence of intoxicants and had fought with another male. Police charged Mullen with disorderly conduct, and released him with a citation to Superior Court.
