Line Dancing Resumes Sept. 20 In Randolph

The Step ’n’ Time Line Dancers of Central Vermont will offer weekly line dancing sessions beginning Wednesday, Sept. 20, from 6:45- 8:45 p.m. in the Esther Mesh Room at the Chandler Center for the Arts on Main Street in Randolph.

The fall session is 12 weeks long and ends on December 13. The first hour of the evening session consists of an easy warm-up dance, followed by beginner-level line dance lessons. The second hour is reserved for open dancing taking music and line dance requests. The dance music consists of a variety of genres, including country, pop, rock, and even Celtic. Beginners of all ages are welcome.

According to the group’s instructor, Sid McLam, “Line dancing is a great way to exercise both mind and body in a fun atmosphere, and no partner is needed.”
