VISIT FROM A DRAGON | On Monday, March 25, students at Brookfield School were treated to a performance of “Wasabi, A Dragon’s Tail,” put on by Dan and Barbara Baginski of the No Strings Marionette Company of Randolph. Before the show, Dan invited several students up to the stage for an impromptu rhythm jam session. Pictured are Maegon Corville on cowbells, Hannah Eaccarino on maracas, Jacob Sprague on a fuche-cabassa, and Chandler Anderson on the gourd. The puppet show following the jam session was a huge hit, complete with a fire-breathing dragon that flew around the room and among the students. The Brookfield School Club brought the marionettes to school as part of a monthly visiting artist series.
